1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Glassly (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or guardian permission to use Glassly.

3. Service Description

Glassly provides an AI-powered virtual glasses try-on experience and face shape analysis. Features include augmented reality effects, product recommendations, and links to third-party retailers.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that when using the App you will: • Only upload images that you own or have permission to use. • Not upload images of others without their consent. • Not upload content that infringes third-party rights or violates law. • Use the App only for personal, non-commercial use.

5. License to Process

By uploading photos, you grant Glassly a limited, revocable license to process, transform, and display those photos for the purpose of provide the virtual try-on and face analysis features. This license is temporary and subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. AI Processing

Virtual try-on processing is performed using third-party AI services. Photos are processed on a temporary basis and are generally deleted immediately after the resulting image is generated.

7. Affiliate Links

Glassly may participate in affiliate programs and may earn commissions from purchases made through retail links in the App. Product availability and pricing are determined by the third-party retailers.

8. No Warranties

GLASSLY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS WILL BE 100% ACCURATE OR THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED. VIRTUAL TRY-ON RESULTS ARE ESTIMATIONS FOR VISUAL GUIDANCE ONLY.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLASSLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the App. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
