This Privacy Policy describes how Glassly ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the Glassly AI Glasses Try-On application (the "App"). The policy applies to our global users, with specific protections for those located in dynamic regulatory environments.

We collect information necessary to provide and improve the App, including: • Account information: username, email address • Uploaded photos you submit for face analysis and virtual try-on processing • Virtual try-on results and content you choose to share • Device and usage information: device type, operating system, IP address, crash reports, analytics • Transaction and affiliate event data (clicks that lead to retailer links) Photos uploaded for try-on are processed temporarily and are not retained permanently on our primary storage beyond the processing cycle.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to: • Provide and operate AI-powered virtual try-on services • Analyze face shape to provide personalized glasses recommendations • Display your try-on results within the App and community features • Improve, analyze, and personalize the user experience • Process affiliate link events and analytics • Comply with legal obligations
4. Third-Party Processing & AI Services
We use third-party AI providers (such as fal.ai) to process uploaded photos and produce virtual try-on images. Uploaded photos are transmitted to these providers for processing and are deleted in accordance with our retention rules. We do not use uploaded photos to train third-party models without explicit consent.
5. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described: • Uploaded photos: deleted from our servers and third-party processors automatically after processing completes (typically within 60 seconds). • Try-on results: stored for a limited period in your history unless you delete them earlier • Account information: retained while your account is active • Analytics data: retained for up to 24 months If you request deletion, we will remove your data in accordance with applicable laws and our procedures.
6. Face Data Collection and Usage
Our application allows users to upload facial images for the purpose of virtually trying on eyewear using artificial intelligence. What Face Data We Collect We collect: • User-uploaded facial photographs • Facial landmarks and positioning data required to digitally place eyewear We do not collect biometric identifiers such as facial recognition templates or identity-matching data. Purpose of Processing Facial images are used solely to: • Digitally overlay eyewear on the user's face • Adjust positioning, size, and perspective of virtual glasses • Generate personalized eyewear visualization results We do not use facial data for: • Identity verification • Face recognition • User tracking • Behavioral profiling • Advertising purposes Third-Party Processing Facial images are securely transmitted to our AI processing provider, fal.ai, for the sole purpose of generating the virtual try-on results. fal.ai processes the images according to their data protection policies and does not use the images for independent purposes. We do not sell, rent, or commercially distribute facial data. Data Storage and Retention Facial images are temporarily stored on secure servers for processing and result delivery. All facial images are automatically deleted within 24 hours. We do not retain facial data longer than necessary to provide the service. User Control Users may request deletion of their uploaded images at any time by contacting support.
7. Data Sharing and Sales
We do not sell personal information. We may share or disclose information with: • Service providers who help operate the App (hosting, analytics, AI providers) • Affiliate networks to record click or purchase events when you visit a retailer • Legal authorities when required by law
8. Your Rights
